About the Organisation
Green Peak Energy (GPE) is a leading provider of on-site renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers across Australia and New Zealand. Following CBRE’s Investment Management’s investment into GPE, the business is looking to expand its product offerings to assist businesses, and property owners navigate the accelerating energy transition. GPE is in a dynamic growth phase, backed by CBRE this is a great opportunity for an experienced Retail Operations Administrator to help the organisation drive the commercial energy transition.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Projects and Asset Management, you will be the primary point of contact for customer relationships across our client's solar PPA portfolio. You will manage ongoing relationships with customers, site representatives, strata managers and facility managers, handling enquiries on electricity supply, solar PPA arrangements and billing matters. Your responsibilities will include generating monthly billing calculations, monitoring accounts receivable and following up overdue accounts in collaboration with the finance team. You will maintain accurate customer, site, contract and billing information while supporting the onboarding of new customers including account setup and KYC verification. Working collaboratively with sales, asset management, finance and commercial teams, you will identify opportunities to improve processes and support the business growth of this high-performing team.
  
The Candidate
You have experience in electricity or solar retail operations with a strong background in customer account management and accounts receivable. You bring solid customer relationship management skills and a practical understanding of utility billing and payment processes. You have high attention to detail with strong data management skills and advanced MS Excel capabilities. Your written and verbal communication skills enable you to work effectively across multiple teams. Experience with energy contracts, solar PPAs or embedded networks would be highly regarded.
