Talent Map was founded on a straightforward premise: clients and candidates deserve to deal with an experienced recruiter, directly, every time. Not be referred across to a junior recruiter once the agency wins your business.

Adam and Jason have been in Melbourne's finance recruitment market for a combined 30+ years. They've seen what works, what doesn't, and what actually matters when you're trying to make a hire — or find the right role.

Meet the Team

Adam Koch

Co-Founder

Adam qualified as an accountant before transitioning into recruitment where he has 15 years in both Melbourne and London. Adam prides himself on having an in-depth knowledge of his clients, their organisations and the sectors in which they operate. This allows him to design a candidate attraction strategy that delivers great hiring outcomes.

Outside of work you will find him down the surf coast either on the edge of a footy/hockey field watching his three boys play sport, or hitching up the caravan for a family adventure.

Jason Tran

Co-Founder

Jason brings a background in commerce and law and nearly two decades of specialist finance recruitment experience, including time working within UK and Australian listed companies - giving him a firsthand understanding of the complexities and dynamics of large organisations and the finance professionals who drive them.

Outside of work, Jason is an enthusiastic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu hobbyist - a passion he shares with his two young kids who are already on the mats. He harbours what he'd describe as a semi-decent talent in the kitchen, though his family may have a different view.
